Questionhey dear petra :) i just found your blog & i'm so, so, so in love with everything you do. your drawings are perfect. i just started illustrating myself (you can see my work on my blog by clicking on the text under my background picture) and wanted to ask you how you're scanning your watercolors? i ended up adding the "watercolor" digitally since every attempt to scan watercolors failed although i consider my photoshopskills to be quite good. i'm having problems in particular with when i want Answer

Hi Julia. Thanks for writing–that’s so kind of you to say. I have a portable scanner that I use to import my photos. I usually scan at 600 dpi in order to retain the best quality. If I need to make adjustments, I’ll bring it into photoshop. Does that answer your question? Have a beautiful day. :)
